At Steelo Salon, time is intentional and reserved exclusively for you.
We kindly require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation Fees:
50% of the scheduled services for cancellations within 72 hours.
100% of the scheduled service for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation fees are due on the day of cancellation and are not transferable to future services. Appointments may not be rebooked until the fee has been completed.

A deposit may be required for future reservations.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a modified or rescheduled service, subject to availability. If a service cannot be performed due to lateness, it will be considered a missed appointment.

Extension application services require 14 days’ notice and are subject to the extension deposit agreement reviewed at booking.

Steelo Salon reserves the right to exercise professional discretion. The health, integrity, and longevity of your hair remain our highest priority.
